My prayers are with y’all over there in Florida 🙏🏼🥺 We took a direct hit from Hurricane Ida last year (Houma LA) and we are still recovering! Better watch those ‘I’ storms! They are fierce! Stay strong and be safe ♥️
Thank you for the prayers. When we got hit by Hurricane Irma in 2017 our power went out for 14 days. We had to sleep in our car and I got a really bad fever at some point, really hoping that doesn’t happen again with this hurricane

@Sue Sally No it’s not! We are a lot better now yet still so many are not 🥺 Y’all got lucky! Thank God! I remember people heading over to Morgan City for gas because y’all had it and we didn’t! Ida even knocked out the water! Never happened before! It was a horrific experience BUT I never seen so many people come together as one afterwards! People helping other people! No one cared if anyone was Republican or democrat, black, white, Indian, Latino. Didn’t matter. That was probably the best thing! I see people on here saying the nastiest things. I would only hope they would get the help they needed if “Mother Nature” came knocking on their door!
