Seeing this trailer, I had to look up to see if Bernard Cribbins, aka Wilfred, will be in it too with Donna. Broke my heart knowing he passed away. Not sure how I missed it.
@TheIcelandicBoy Wilf’s *in* the stories though, why would they visit his grave while he’s alive?
I genuinely hope there will be a moment where the Doctor visits Wilfred’s grave to pay his respect. It would be a really heartbreaking but good nod to the actor.

He filmed scenes, when sick, shortly before he passed away.
Yes he will return. He will give us a great memories. And the saddest part of it is once again we will have to say goodbye to him.

@Nevan I’m glad that you enjoyed how she was written. (I’m in the “Whittaker did the best anyone could have with what she was given” camp). I want people to like Doctor Who, even the parts I don’t. I’m just hoping for something new that we can all agree is good.

Tom Baker is my first doctor Tennant was great Smith was outstanding Capaldi played it fantastically then I saw the first episode with the last doctor (don’t even remember her name) & I never watched it again
This was a wonderful Christmas gift. Seeing Donna again brings so many good memories back and hearing David Tennant say Allons’y again is simply the best thing ever. I cannot wait to see this premiere next year. Welcome back Doctor!
Wow, this really is going to feel like a throwback to season four. I’m just wondering how the Doctor and Donna’s dynamic will play out here, given he is technically a new incarnation and he will have to do things differently to keep her from remembering him. Without jinxing it, I’m hoping they’ll find a way for Donna to regain her memories and live. The near year long wait is gonna kill me.
