So exited for Stanly being the worst landlord in all of existence and having the tenants pay so much money

  2. M H says:

This pack will finally allow proper multi-generation families, to bypass the 8 sim limit 🤩

  3. Ro Faulkner says:

This pack looks incredible, I like the idea of renting part of your house, or building a duplex

  4. VictoriaIsBored says:

My question now is, what’s the new limit for number of sims that can live on a residential rental lot?

    • Linina Crowne says:

      Watch it be 8 😂

    • Kels Kels says:

It’s probably still going to be 8. It’s limited for better performance on lower-end hardware. That said:

I don’t see why they can’t add an option in the settings that lets you bump the limit, while also adding a warning about performance. Similar to the “total Sim cap.” Recommended number of total Sims in the world is around like 80, but you can bump it to 120 if you so desire.

    • Pink Dreams And Glitter says:

@Kels Kels didn’t sims 3 have an option where you could increase the size of playable families? or sims2? I swear I remember something like that… I wonder if they’re do a “playable” vs townies if that makes sense? Like you can have an apartment and have 8 playable sims but there’s townies that live in other apartments?

    • Kat says:

It’ll probs be 8 but I think it’ll act kinda like CL apartments. Each designated room for rent is the cap of 8 so if you have 4 rooms for rent, that would be 4 families of a max 8 sims if that makes sense.

    Lilsimsie: “landlords are terrible”

Omg the generations challenges are about to be next level! Like imagine having one family living in one house and the grandparents in the other?!!

Anyone else sensing a Nancy Landgraab turns ruthless landlady gameplay opportunity??? Like, Nancy would be ideal for this! She just has this evil capitalist energy about her and I love that for her

  8. merchantfan says:

I mean if the landlord thing upsets you you could always just be a super nice landlord who takes care of very affordable apartments. I’m hoping the hopscotch and marbles are objects you can place and not parts tied to the world like the speed walking stuff from growing together (unfortunately no one’s been able to free that yet- I really wish they would make those walking paths all have similar activity options if they can’t let you place your own)

  9. Stephanie Perrine says:

I think city living ones will stay as is since they are apartment lots. They aren’t gonna change those lot types. Then when you build your own apartment it will be a rental lot no matter what you are building on it wether it be apartment or duplex or whatever.

Am I crazy or are the two Sims talking at the table at 22:00 using sign language? Nothing official like ASL but is it wishful thinking that we can make Sims nonverbal/preferring sign? That would be INCREDIBLE! I kinda doubt that that’s what I’m seeing, though.
