Darrell Brooks found guilty on all counts in Waukesha Christmas parade attack: RAW

A jury has convicted a Wisconsin man of killing six people and injuring dozens of others when he drove his SUV into a Christmas parade last year. Darrell Brooks was found guilty Wednesday of all 76 charges, including six counts of first-degree intentional homicide. He drove into the parade in Waukesha on Nov. 21 after fleeing a domestic disturbance with an ex-girlfriend. Dozens of other people were hurt. Brooks dismissed his public defenders days before his trial began in early October and defended himself throughout the proceedings. He was removed from the courtroom at times for his erratic outbursts and confrontational exchanges with the judge.

Judge ignoring Darell today is priceless and why you never mistake someone’s kindness for weakness.

If you follow the Bible you will know that most all of the 1,800 prophecies has come to pass. Once the final few happen Jesus Christ will return. Jesus say, “But when the Son of man comes, will there be any faith on earth?” Believe Jesus is the Son of God. Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord. Read the Bible!

@Kataria Brown The judge flexed her dominance over Brooks by outwaiting him. That wrecked him.

    • FBI is Asshoe says:

Good observation. The judge spent the entire trial bending over backward to accommodate Brooks only to ignore him in the end. He kept smiling and making jokes as if he believed the judge liked him. I hope that broke his poor little heart.

Every one in that courtroom is so over him and his mouth. Justice is served and they won’t have to hear another peep from him. Sending love to all the victims families.

  3. Shannon Lightle says:

The most patient and intelligent judge. She saw he was trying to delay trial, etc. and she found a way around it. Wow!

@First Last Breaking it down, a car is a massive chunk of metal that can go up to exceedingly fast speeds, which makes it even more deadly (physics).

Under reasonable drivers, drives would simply use it to get to point A to point B. In this monster’s case, he used his car as means to harm others.

    • Thi Nguyen says:

Not just delay trial but also delay reading of the final verdict.

    • FBI is Asshoe says:

@First Last Car = weapon, always. You will never change that. The videos of the attack show Darrell slowed down, positioned the SUV on the left side of the street, and then accelerated into the most populated area of the parade. He is guilty of all charges.

    • Kimberly Richardson says:

@First Last we live in a country where you can walk into a store and purchase a gun with nothing more than a background check and you can purchase ammo with nothing. No class, no license, nothing more than no felonies and you can buy a gun.

Is a gun a dangerous weapon?

In this same country, we are offered free driver’s classes at age 15 through the public school system that teach you about vehicle safety and traffic laws. You have to pass 3 different tests before you are allowed to get a license, as well as have insurance.

A vehicle is absolutely a potential dangerous weapon and he knew it. If he has an IQ high enough to operate a motor vehicle, he has enough intelligence to know the big metal box with wheels will damage whatever he crashes into, including human beings.

    • D' leh says:

@First Last Your fists can literally be classified a dangerous weapon if you have the proper training. My point is, *anything* can be a weapon. Just depends on how it’s used.

If there is a Judge of the year award it should be given to Judge Jennifer R. Dorow. Amount of patience she has shown to the defendant is beyond this 🌎

  5. Can Kumru says:

Dear family, friends of the victims of this tragedy , stay strong and know you have support from across the globe . I am a very sensitive person and fight against injustice wherever I can. I was enraged by his antics knowing he was guilty as hell. Luckily you can move on how difficult it still is that this animal didn’t show any true remorse and make you feel the pain all over again . I saw a couple of you literally shaking and being scared when interrogated by the killer of your loved ones while he knew exactly what he was doing . I felt your emotions all across the sea in the Netherlands . Warmth and strength from me to you and the community of Waukesha. Kudos to the prosecutors, the judge , first responders and all others of your community who came to your aid and support when it mattered most

This Judge is the epitome of true professionalism in her field, she held her composure to the highest level there could ever be and I take my hat off to her respectfully as a Judge with ethics and the highest level of integrity I have ever seen televised!

I hope everyone loves this judge as much as I do. I have so much respect for her.

The judge deserves a Medal of honour for traversing this battle.

  9. Karen Kemmerling says:

May the families of the those that died have peace. May the injured heal and have peace. No one can imagine their pain when this monster took a joyous event like a Christmas Parade and turned it into a living hell. I am sure they will never look at a parade the same way again. May the Lord be with each and every one of the people harmed by this.

  10. Alan Simpson says:

I’m a retired detective and have attended scores if not hundreds of trials. I have rarely seen a finer judge than this lady – highly intelligent, very astute with the patience of a saint. Her performance should be compulsive viewing on video for trainee lawyers.
