This is really powerful. Both Rhett and Link raise each other up, but are also willing to criticize each other in a respectful way without making it “he does this wrong and my opinion is right.”
A lot of married couples could learn from these guys.

I really appreciate how all four of them, including Ian, are so different and mature in their own ways. Anthony is very emotionally attuned and aware, Ian is an emotional anchor, Rhett is very intellectual and analytical and Link is chaotic but has a unique sense of empathy. Their different lives and perspectives have brought out the best in them. Especially the entire smosh debacle, which matured Ian and Anthony a lot but in different ways
