This looks really good so looking forward for it.

  2. Amelia Wysocki (Character Artist) says:

I’m hoping for one thing this season. I want to hear the Borg Queen verbally acknowledge that she is aware of the Q.

    • lynn fuson says:

the q is far beyond the borg

    • SiXiam says:

@John Donahoe Half right. The base destructions along both sides of the Federation Romulan borders were Borg attacks. Prior to Q introducing them. That’s what the writers have said. So you could say that Q helped the Federation by getting them to prepare. That preparation (Defiant / Sovereign / Akira) also helped them survive the Dominion war.

    • CHRISTOPHER CASTIEL says:

      Yes!

    • Jacon Johnsonter says:

@iloldirl when Q started harrassing voyager one of those episides . She mentioned the borg were aware of the Q. I believe it was the episode where qs some tried to hit on her

    • chickenwing986 says:

Jacon Johnsonter Um, seven never said that about the Q.

  3. Kevin Tran says:

So only Guinan is back but we finally know the method of how the crew is going to time travel, which is the Kirk method of slingshot around the sun possible with additional help of the Borg Queen. And we will get to see another Soong Ancestor possibly a generation or two before Arik Soong(Enterprise) when the family were still geneticist.

    • Kevin Tran says:

@Rex Bellator well I’m sorry, I’m just casual fan, and the only time I ever seen it was in the 4th TOS movie. Plus considering that Kirk has the biggest file in the Department of Temporal Investigation when it comes to Temporal Violation. I believe it seems appropriate to call it the Kirk Method.

    • Kevin Tran says:

@Medalion I think they were originally Geneticist before that one Soong you mentioned decided to go with cybernetics after a few bad parenting with his Augment kids.

    • Medalion says:

@Kevin Tran Yes and then every one after continued Cybernetics so they could develop the first functional positronic net.

    • Steven Brant says:

      @Medalion LOL!

    • Anthony Bertorelli says:

@Dixa1 Khan’s reign was actually 1992-1996, according to Memory Alpha.

  4. James says:

Nice to see the Nova class ships again, hopefully they have more ships we’ve seen before. Just not into the newer ship designs, they look to industrial to me. I also love that the Starfleet corridor seen actually looks a lot like the Enterprise-Es design shape wise.

    • Nebula1701 says:

2 Nova and a Steamrunner! pause at :10 seconds!

    • michaelandamy1 says:

I would love to see the old Ambassador Class ships get some screen time somewhere. I loved the Enterprise C. It and the new version of the original Enterprise on Star Trek Discovery are my 2 ships. And the ships are one of the coolest things about all Star Treks

    • Ben Bunch says:

      @Nebula1701 needs more Saber class!

    • Medalion says:

Yes, no more copy and paste fleet

    • N Squared says:

Interestingly we see people in those corridors of the DS9/Voy era uniforms, the era where these ships were in heavy use. Note the lack of the “bump” in the middle that Picard has and the presence of a grey undershirt with a neck

  5. Noir Angel says:

That hug between Picard and Guinan just melted my heart to see. 🤗

  6. Jonathan Leong says:

When Q says “the road not taken”, all I could think was that they already did that when Q offered Picard a chance to not get stabbed during his academy days. Still excited for the new season!

  7. B says:

Strangely my favorite part of this trailer is the split second of normal Starfleet officers in a normal 24th century starship.

  8. Zanther Stone says:

I wonder if all this time, we thought El-Aurians (Guinan) lived a long time when really they might just live non-linearly in time and THAT’s why she can detect changes and why they scare the Q? Or a variation on that?

  9. altarofkubrickfloyd says:

Can we acknowledge how incredibly well John de Lancie aged?

  10. Steven Baker says:

I’m 52 years old and little affects me that much, however, seeing Picard and Guinan back together again is enough to make me do some silly fangirl dancing without shame.
