I just love this channel. I mean, Matt is the friendliest, most loving guy you could ever know for such a big guy, and his crew is so kind to one another that it’s like we see a new type of human being that actually cares about human beings. Except, of course, when someone is trying to take advantage of or hurt another, that’s what I love about this YouTube channel: it’s so family-oriented; it’s beautiful; I’m just a lonely old man in bad health; I’ve never had a wife yet; I’m hoping I might have found her; she is a beautiful lady; I never dreamt that a woman could be so beautiful, and she is from Russia. but this channel is one of the best YouTube could offer.
Happy to see this build happen, so many areas to improve on and curious on the direction Matt will choose.

Matt, Years ago I started digging pools with a Bobcat 600. Equipment has improved immensely since then. Rather than use the old Cat D-9 method of brake steering, just install a hydrostatic drive for the tracks and relocate the radiator to side with an electric fan. It will ad heat to the interior as needed. Vent it to the roof when not needed for heat. Your jobs will go so much smoother.

I don’t know if it’s Tom- Toms influence but it seem like Matt is finally doing preventive maintenance and repairs on his equipment. Life is a lot of easier when things work the way they are supposed to, allowing you to focus on the actual job👍
… then we see the working Morvair opened up for battery replacement. She looks like a rolling ball of dirt. How many here remember when she was built? Spotless 🙂 Thing about dirt – its an abrasive. Over time, it will cause you problems. 😛

There is no channel I’d rather watch. This episode has all of the elements I love. Great conraderie, Matt singing, Lizzy, Tom Tom, and Ed. And a build that will be almost as over the top as the wrecker. Keep it up.
Suggestions: Move the gas tank external to the cage above the engine for easy accesibility and occupant safety. Add cage. The aired tires you use, get them foam filled for no flats.
Stretch the cab and shorten the cage to provide more room in the back seat. Cage need only be big enough for recovery gear, and oh yeah, a shovel. Plus drop in an LS V-8!
