  2. Oceana Song says:

Congratulations on hitting one million subscribers, Ryan! You really deserve it – I am a weather nerd and really like your coverage of severe weather.

  3. Adam Booth says:

I live in the UK and I’ve been fascinated by the weather since I was a child, especially the weather the US gets (can’t say our weather gets all that exciting lol). So when I discovered your channel at least a year ago, I knew I had to subscribe. The knowledge and humanity on display here is seldom matched online. Keep up the amazing work you do.

A curious bystander across the pond.

  4. CAO says:

Thank you Ryan for covering the West Coast. Our weather isn’t as extreme as the East but it’s important to us. Love your coverage and congratutlations on the 1 million milestone!!

  5. Frank Middleton says:

Ryan you are better at explaining the weather than any weather person I have watched on TV.

All this weather this last few months has just been insane. With the excessively low temperatures we had, to the snow in New York, to the horrible hurricane that hit Florida, to the roasting hot temperatures we had (that I think are going to be even worse this year) to the rain that’s dumping over California, and the list goes on and will continue to go on but just thinking of all the people and animals that have and will continue to lose their lives because of record breaking (and not seen in decades) weather, that a lot of people aren’t use to seeing. I wonder what’s next?! 😭

  7. Christopher Janko says:

Best presenter of the weather I’ve ever seen. He knows his stuff and doesn’t just read from a script. I’ve learned and laughed from this man. He’s awesome 😎

  8. Christina Douglas says:

YES!!! 😊 Thank you so much for talking about what’s happened/ing on the West Coast!! Please keep us informed. Your dedication and work to keeping us updated is remarkable and appreciated greatly. Hopefully, the rain meter and snow meters will get here to California in time to post results.

  9. Penny Weston says:

That California footage you showed was from where we live. The ocean front damage has been unprecedented. Our son who recently moved to Texas introduced us to your channel. Thank you for keeping them safe.

    • You’re wasting your time :] says:

Yep i only ever seen storm surge footage on the east coast during hurricanes, seeing santa cruz get hit with it is a little jarring

  10. Blake NA says:

This has all got a monsoon-y feel to it. Probably just over thinking it a bit, but I’m morbidly fascinated by how our weather patterns are going to change in the next 20 years.

    • Les ~ Romans 10:9 says:

Our (California/Arizona) monsoon weather is July-Aug and is usually drawing the storms up from the south.
