The Milwaukee Bucks defeated the Los Angeles Lakers, 108-97. Damian Lillard recorded 14 points, 3 assists, and 3 steals in his Bucks preseason debut, while Giannis Antetokounmpo added 16 points and 8 rebounds in the victory. Anthony Davis tallied 16 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists, 2 steals, and 2 blocks for the Lakers. The Bucks improve to 2-1 in the preseason, while the Lakers fall to 2-3.
The fact that they didn’t need to get rid of Middleton and Portis to get Dame was amazing.
I would prefer they lose middleton
Middleton couldn’t be traded until December since he just signed an extension. Holiday’s big contract meant Portis was not needed.

Agreed but likely won’t because it also highlights how awful the officiating can be at times. Lakers got screwed on a lot of no-call fouls this game.

These teams look great. Lakers look like they’ve figured it out. Dlo and AD both playing lights out. Bucks depth really shined this game. This might become one of the greatest seasons of basketball ever.

wym lakers figured it out? they took 3 Ls in the preseason games, yes starters didn’t play whole game but it means that lakers bench isn’t as good as people thought.
