Trixie and katya realizing they could be cult leaders for 25 minutes straight

  2. ʀ̶ᴇ̶ᴅ̶ᴀ̶ᴄ̶ᴛ̶ᴇ̶ᴅ̶ says:

Katya calling out JW’s and Mormons as a cult, iconic behavior. I grew up in Utah as a Mormon and yes it absolutely 100% is a cult.

As someone currently living in Utah county and having to deal with the issue of “temple divorce” with family members, I fucking feel you. It’s a hellscape. A nightmare.

    • Jessica Bolton says:

but when I say it I’m a bigot – even if I get my opinion from my friends who are ex-mormon women raised in the church…

  3. jace sivan says:

i really think trixie and katya should have an official broadcasted talk show. i could watch them for hours.

    • Alessandra Olaya says:

      They have a podcast 👀

    • NAMAN says:

Nicki inspires me.. My parents said if i get 40K followers They’d buy me a professional camera for recording..begging u guys , literally
      Begging…

    • DatVideoDoe says:

That’s too much of a commitment. With UNHhhh they film multiple episodes in 1 shooting, so they don’t need to meet every week. Podcast is much more casual. And they tour. Trixie also has her makeup brand, YouTube channel AND motel.

    • Cara Sheehan says:

Between this, UNhhhh, and their podcast there’s so much content of them just talking. Are they repeating the exact same things in all three of those mediums?? Yes. But we do not care

    • mira says:

      they kinda have two 😅

  4. Karla says:

2 women with zero makeup. Natural beauties 💅🏼

  5. CaptainH says:

Both Trixie and Katya absolutely could start a cult either together or on their own judging on how their fans be lol

  6. CupcakeOfCyanide says:

Trixie & Katya: people should know better than to obsessively idolize someone
me, coming off of binging Unhhhh, ILTW, and Bald & the Beautiful: you’re so right, besties.

    • choerry_orbit says:

just because i consume hours of t&k content does not mean i idolize these bald men in wigs.

    • Ian Stagaman says:

it’s the way I went from rewatching episodes of unhhh to noticing this was posted and resuming unhhh right after viewing

    • Tash says:

I absolutely do not spend outrageous amounts I do not have on makeup released by a bald man called Brian because of a demented parasocial obsession 😂

    • Tito says:

I binge Unhhh and BALD&THEBEAUTIFUL too but I have no idea what ILTW is

    • BBYBOOLIN says:

@Titoit took me a while to catch on 😭 it’s I like to watch (I think)

  7. Just Doing My Thing says:

Trixie’s hair and makeup in this episode is ✨✨✨STUNNING✨✨✨

  8. Sara Kotevska says:

Trixie touching Katya’s hair at 23:42 was my daily serotonin dose

  9. Pretty Little Liars says:

10:45 “does everyone know about this” she says about basically the most well known and documented U.S. cult. Love you Trixie

    • Cara Sheehan says:

To be fair, as someone who also has a terrible memory I feel like I hear this story every few years and am shocked every single time because I do know about it but I forget the details. I had my mouth wide open with Trixie after hearing about this for probably the fourth time 🤦‍♀️

    • Rave J says:

@Nadia 23452 yeah ive heard of the jonestown massacre but never a congressman getting murdered there

    • Nadia 23452 says:

I wonder if Trixie was referring to the assassination of Congressman Leo Ryan, which often gets glossed over. We mostly hear about the mass poisoning that followed shortly after.

    • Maggie O. says:

As someone who delves into morbid dark history often I sincerely either forgot or never heard about the congressman being murdered as they were fleeing.

  10. Amira A says:

Katya saying trixies name over and over after they mentioned the how to win friends and influence people is just another example of how fucking smart she is. Obviously she read it

    • Gina O says:

No, she just lived through the 1990s and 2000 when that book was big and used by every sales team, corporate retreat, youth group, public speaker etc.

I had high school teachers use it in class, and had parts pulled at my first retail job. It was everywhere for a time.

    • Storageheater says:

@Gina O I always assumed it was one of those cultural things that didn’t travel well, cause if you do it in the UK it feels fraudulent or threatening lol
