I’m so happy to see Adam Driver finally fulfilling his last name with this movie 😂😂
Paterson has already done it)
So happy to see Adam Driver behind the wheel of Ferrari, a true star-vehicle.
For a minute there I thought: Adam Driver Ferrari? What?
And Penelope Cruise
My body is ready. It’s also nice to see a comeback from teasers which do exactly that.
This trailer is so damn good. No other sound except for the cars and slight music has such a great sense of tension
Soooo we’re getting a new Scorsese, Fincher, Ridley Scott and Michael Mann movie this year…WHAT A TIME TO BE ALIVE.
Three of those guys are in their 80s!
We’re also getting Denis villeneuve
@T V But pushed back to next March
Yeah this year is nuts!!
After years of Marvel films this year has been incredibly refreshing. Quality cinema is back.
That’s how you do a trailer. Stoked for this film now. Please don’t give anymore away before it hits cinemas!
You know you can choose to watch trailers, right?
@CMON1975 Added to the fact that so many trailers just outright give away the film, Michael Mann film’s trailers have always avoided that since Miami Vice (2006). They always kill the atmosphere part – Miami Vice, Public Enemies, Blackhat, all in a row; now succeeded by Ferrari.
@Archwizard SnimThis doesn’t give much away because this is a teaser. A trailer will usually follow up with plot hints and characters speaking way more (not just one sentence in the end). It’s a normal procedure. Look at the teaser and trailer for NEON‘s Spencer.
But they will, there’s likely going to be two full trailers that will retell the whole movie. 😂
Whoever edited this trailer did a solid job building the tension right till the end. Very excited to see this movie =)
for me the tension came from wondering if he was going to reprise his accent from house of gucci
@dokydokyI’m so glad he doesn’t seem to sound like a cartoon character in this
Love the fact that up until the closing shot there is really no voiceover/dialogues. Just visuals and the sound of an engine going full throttle. Beautiful teaser.
Teasers like this are the best. It’s all I need to make me excited to see a film. The trailers that reveal the entire movie are just too much
Michael Mann is BACK!
Indeed, although I haven’t been impressed with his last three movies so I’m hoping this could be his best movie since Collateral
Mann is the Man 🗿🗿
And he has Driver
And thank God he’s ditched that low quality handheld DV style his last few movies had. This looks much more classical shooting style.
I sincerely appreciate teasers like these. I don’t even watch trailers anymore. I get more than enough from the teaser to decide whether it’s a theater or streaming or not wasting my time movie.
New trailers for David Fincher and Michael Mann back to back. It must be Christmas.
And apparently both are competing with other filmmakers for the Golden Lion trophy in this year’s Venice Film Festival with their movies so that’s fascinating
Christmas indeed. And both movies shot by Cinematographer Erik Messerschmidt. 😊
