She seems much happier, more supportive of the other athletes, and obviously so much more consistent this season. Happy for her!!
Winning solves a lot of problems.
glad to see the change, because it’s more fun to route for her than to be annoyed by her. The only issue is what happens when the wins aren’t coming so frequently? will she be giggling when the jamaicans show up?
She smoking..(LESS) Weed..lol
@Kevin Schartwhat???? Jackson was right there
@Tyheed Ziadshe said she quit, but I doubt it🤣
Sha’Carri Richardson’s joy on winning is contagious. So happy for her and Track and Field!!!
She has a 100% different attitude.she gives you every reason to like her.
The reaction of Swoboda on the .09 improvement of her PB just shows me how much effort these athletes put into their craft. Fun race to watch.
Shows that she rises to the competition as well
Really like that too great
She sure busted out of those blocks with a purpose. I don’t know her, but breaking 11 is always impressive.
It was a great run for her she took off
She had a great start to finish , against top tier competition
Sha’Carri’s top end speed is insane. Even if she has a bit of a slow start she can still dominate the race.
Congratulations to Sha’Carri on an impressive win!
Does that make her comparable to Fraser-P?
She just won a race not a title this is just a smooth day for shericka we will see the big race soon
She almost blew it! Charleston and ShaCarri need to colloborate❗️
She definitely needs a coach who can get her out of the blocks.
No some just a slow take off. I was like that but will hawk you down.
This is wonderful to see! Such growth, maturity and sportsmanship. The race was epic but the interview at the end sealed the deal. I’m busy these days to keep up with the scheduling of races, but YouTube always delivers having them in recommended videos. She’s a joy to watch and I love seeing her celebrate the results of her commitment to be better
❤😂🎉Wow! What a Post Race interview… So many are Happy to see her current state of mind & sportsmanship… 💋💋
She left a bad taste in my mouth the previous years, still not a big fan yet.
@Jgo cheer for someone else 😮food sometime leave a bad taste but we will eat it again 😅
😂😂
I’m so happy for Sha’Carri! When she perfects her start, she’ll have the world record! When they interviewed her after this win, her words were so kind!❤
If Florence doped to get her 10.49, how do you expect anyone clean to break it?
Sha’cari’s form is beautiful. She is not panicking. She keeps her form and that could make all the difference.
Agreed – that focus allows her to win even when she has a mediocre start but just barely in this instance.
Fax it’s just her start
@sharonb537 I back Jamaica generally, but you have to give that kid all the credit of a bounce back queen and if she maintains this new attitude, as she gets stronger and more experience, she could be the next great.
She has great form.
jcornwall: I have to agree with you.
Crazy how much ground she covers in her last couple meters. I’m seeing her touch that record within these next few years.
She is only 5′ 1″ but she beats much taller women! It’s exciting to see her speed up and pass the to win!
What record, world? That’s a tall order but would be a joy to see.
A world record in the next few years? That’s a lot to ask for when her best avg time have been 10.76 which is awesome, but the world record is 9.58 held by Flo Jo (RIP) for over 3 decades and no female has even come close.
Pretty solid field. Sha’Carri has been amazingly consistent this season. How many 10.7s is that for her now? Truly outstanding. Hope to see her come out on top in Budapest!
Also, congrats to Ewa for cracking the 11-second barrier. Love to see the emotion.
Solid field? There was 2 runners that will even make the ‘semi-finals’ at Worlds. NCAAs would have been tougher…
A highschooler would have been 3rd yeah solid field alright
So happy for this young lady. She has an amazing team around her, and you can see her growth! We ain’t seen nothing yet! Continue to shine bright young queen!
