South Korea vs. Ghana Highlights | 2022 FIFA World Cup
South Korea took on Ghana in the group stage of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. The first half was all Ghana, as Mohammed Salisu scored a goal in 24’ and Mohammed Kudus scored in 34’. Ghana almost went up by three, but were unable to put in a header. South Korea would come back with two header goals by Cho Gue-Sung in 58’ and 61’. Ghana responded quickly with another goal by Mohammed Kudus in the 68th minute. They would go on to win 3-2, marking their first World Cup win since 2010.

Ghana are cheats.
This has been THE MOST competitive World Cup I’ve ever seen. Upsets left and right. Close matches all round between teams from all regions of the world. You have teams pulling off upsets and then turning around and losing to teams they should be more competitive with. Teams getting routed then coming up strong the very next match. For everyone out there who was worried about expanding the Cup due to lack of competition, this World Cup puts that narrative to rest FOR GOOD!

How is it an upset Ghana beating South Korea? It is more of an upset when an Asian team beats an African team, because teams rarely beat Africans teams.

Overall this World Cup has been great in terms of games. You really can’t pick teams to win. I’m still hoping an underdog wins the whole thing!
