Animations styles look awesome. So many different tones. Loving the Wallace and Gromit looking one.

I am so proud of how far Cartoon Saloon has come. They were worried they might not make it as a studio, but ever since the success of _The Secret of Kells_ they’ve just been on the rise consistently for over a decade now, and have truly been keeping 2D animation alive in the best possible way. To think, they could have been a tiny Irish studio that failed and fell into obscurity, but now here they are, in a lineup for a Star Wars project. Another highly deserved success for them

I’m happy Cartoon Saloon (animation studio behind ‘The Secret of Kells,’ ‘Song of the Sea,’ and ‘Wolfwalkers’) worked on this season. Their work is always beautifully made and has so much heart.

  4. Gordon Graham says:

A+ to whoever came up with the concept for Visions. Season one was incredible and this looks superb. I look forward to it!

I love that Disney is giving a platform to so many different animators to display their work.

@Claydoh you seem like such a swell guy. ignore all the artists hard work being paid off, just because its a corporation tho nice.

    • Claydoh says:

While also being a cancer to the industry. It’s like Amazon promoting small business products occasionally.

    • Josh Hudson says:

@James G  so don’t watch that one then? Not every short will be for everyone

I really like seeing some of these different artistic takes on the Star Wars universe. There are many great animation studios around the world and seeing their vision for Star Wars is cool.

If you think about it, these are basically professional fan films funded and sponsored by Lucasfilm. You can just feel the heart, love and passion that was poured into every single one.

@Ícaro people from different walks of life existing in a galaxy of trillions of species in a non-canon short series? Say it ain’t so!

@Ramik Mukashev  On top of that disney+ is a subscription service but I don’t see you complaining about Netflix or anything else, do you think life is a free? Or do you have a personal political agenda

    • Ramik Mukashev says:

Jesus, what happened to sw. Money, money, money and only money

  8. Mason Fox says:

i love how much they are branching out in terms of animation styles and not just going with the similar things they did in season 1

  9. Darth Insomnis says:

I do respect that they are incorporating many unique and cool looking animation styles to visions.
Like all these look very distinct from one another, and add more personality and character to them, compared to them all being done by the same studio.
    I’m all for it.

  10. Supreme Fan Kai says:

First you had my interest, then you got my attention when you showed off all the different styles. Visions is really getting good with the showcase of bringing the literal world of animation together.
